My name is Chase Calhoun and I am passionate about all things real estate.  My interest in real estate began when I was 15 years old and read the book “Rich Dad Poor Dad”.  Since then I have always wanted to invest and work with real estate.  I come from a family of real estate professionals; my father, Uncle, and grandmother were all realtors.

I made the decision to move to Little Rock with my significant other Brenda, our son Niko, and our English Mastiff Axle.  Once in Little Rock I began investing in real estate, both long tern rental properties and fix and Flips properties.  I enjoy exploring Arkansas and outdoor activities like camping, hiking, fishing, and standup paddle boarding.  We are also members of the Little Rock Athletic Club and enjoy doing Crossfit.

Austin obtained his real estate license in the spring of 2015 to accompany his general contractor’s license, and immediately joined McLellan and Associates Real Estate Group.  His passion for real estate started with an admiration of the construction process – building houses that would soon be referred to as ‘homes’ for his clients.  From 16 to 21 years of age, he worked with framing crews and trim carpentry crews.  While seeking his Construction Management degree at UALR, he interned with a residential contractor in West Little Rock, who then hired Austin after graduation as a project manager.  In 2013, Austin felt God leading his family to start their own construction business, Cap Rock Contracting of Arkansas, LLC.  Cap Rock is now in full swing and thriving with the privilege of building and remodeling custom homes of all styles and sizes.  His combination of a real estate license, a general contractor’s license, and experience in the marketplace provides clients the opportunity to make diligent real estate decisions.
