Agent profile

My name is Chase Calhoun and I am passionate about all things real estate.  My interest in real estate began when I was 15 years old and read the book “Rich Dad Poor Dad”.  Since then I have always wanted to invest and work with real estate.  I come from a family of real estate professionals; my father, Uncle, and grandmother were all realtors.

I was born and raised in in the San Francisco Bay Area in California and have spent time working in Law Enforcement and the Insurance Industry where I have had the privilege to meet with owners, executives, and professional staff of 100’s of successful businesses ranging in size from small 1 person companies to some of today’s large tech companies.  I have also owned and operated businesses involving home improvements and digital/ social media marketing.

I made the decision to move to Little Rock with my significant other Brenda, our son Niko, and our English Mastiff Axle.  Once in Little Rock I began investing in real estate, both long tern rental properties and fix and Flips properties.  I enjoy exploring Arkansas and outdoor activities like camping, hiking, fishing, and standup paddle boarding.  We are also members of the Little Rock Athletic Club and enjoy doing Crossfit.
